I can refuse any commission, whether or not it agrees with my TOS.

I will refuse commissions that do not have readable references. (i.e. 3d models, inconsistent references, etc.) I'm usually very good at inferring one-sided references, but when a reference is particularly unclear, I will refuse them before the transaction.

Do not take over a week to pay me. You should not commission me if you aren't ready to pay me.
It's understandable if something comes up and you need extra time, but promising you will pay within the next day and ghosting me when it's time to pay isn't okay.

My texture commissions normally take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks. This depends on complexity, task load, current queue, and personal issues. I will inform you of how long it may take individually.

You cannot use my adopts, custom designs, or illustrations as NFTs or AI prompts, ever. I do not support either and if I find any of my art/textures used as NFTs or heavily modified by AI, I will legally prevent it.
